Top TikTok Shop Agencies in the US (2026)

The short answer

Most US brands should shortlist two or three agencies based on their category and monthly GMV. Here is where to start.

```
Your brand Call first
Brand that wants full-service shop management with exclusive creator access 5x Dashboard
Enterprise brand selling on Amazon and Walmart too Pattern
Fashion, apparel or footwear Social Commerce Club
Beauty or wellness inside a wider media plan Stella Rising
Food, grocery or CPG with a retail footprint Harvest Group
DTC brand on Shopify that wants creator volume TBAR Partners, Avenue Z, Uptick
Mid-market brand that wants one full-service team MediaLabs, Uptick, MomentIQ
LIVE selling as the main channel A LIVE specialist from TikTok's own partner directory
```

If your shop does less than about $10,000 a month in GMV, read the next section before you call anyone.

Do You Need A TikTok Shop Agency?

Run one calculation first. Divide the monthly retainer by the GMV you can realistically reach by month six. A $5,000 retainer on a $10,000-a-month shop eats half your revenue before a single creator gets paid. The same retainer on a $100,000 shop costs 5%.

```
Monthly GMV What usually makes sense
Under $10k, or no shop yet Skip the full-service retainer. Run the shop yourself with Seller Center's affiliate tools, or pay for a one-off setup project.
$10k to $50k Hire for one gap only, such as affiliate management. Keep the retainer small and the scope tight.
$50k to $250k A full-service agency starts to pay for itself. Expect a retainer or a hybrid fee.
$250k and above You have leverage. Ask for a lower base fee plus a share of GMV above an agreed baseline.
```

At the top end, some agencies keep revenue-share deals for brands above roughly $1M a month. One agency structures this as 5 to 15% of incremental GMV above a baseline, for brands at $1M+ per month, on top of a base fee.

Product fit matters as much as size. One large agency describes the best fit as a $50 to $150 order value, a product that demonstrates well on video, and margins that can absorb 20 to 30% affiliate commissions. If your product misses on all three, an agency will struggle regardless of fee.

Top 10 TikTok Shop Agencies In The United States

Every agency below serves US brands. The notes cover what we could confirm from outside sources, plus the one thing to check before you sign.

5x Dashboard

5x dashboard tiktok agency

Best for brands that want full-service TikTok Shop management and a creator network no competitor can share. 5x Dashboard is an Austin-based TikTok Shop agency and has 4 TikTok Shop certifications.

They provide full TikTok Shop management from shop setup to advertising. Their agency run a creator community of over 2,300+ creators. Published results include creator management for Medicube, reported at $27M in GMV in May 2026, and scaling Sungboon Editor from $70K to $1M+ in monthly GMV in four months. Pricing is a monthly fee plus a small performance fee.

Check before signing. Large brands often use several partners at once, and other vendors also publish Medicube case studies. Ask which share of that GMV 5x drove directly.

Pattern

pattern tiktok shop agency

Best for enterprise brands that already sell across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Pattern, a Nasdaq-listed company based in Lehi, Utah, received TikTok Shop's 2025 Strategic Partner of the Year award at the TikTok Shop Summit in Los Angeles. It reports managing more than 100 brands on TikTok Shop and handles content, affiliates, shop operations, ads, and fulfillment.

Check before signing. TikTok Shop is one practice inside a much larger marketplace business. Ask who runs your account day-to-day and how many other brands that person manages.

Social Commerce Club

social commerce club

Best for fashion and apparel brands with national distribution. SCC holds Platinum Partner status and counts HeyDude, Hanes, Maidenform and Playtex among its clients. Podean reports it was named 2026 TikTok Shop Partner of the Year in Fashion.

Check before signing. Podean completed its acquisition of the Vancouver-based agency on July 16, 2026, and the SCC brand and leadership stay in place. Acquisitions often reshuffle account teams. Ask who will staff your account in six months.

Stella Rising

Best for beauty and wellness brands. It is a US digital media agency and certified TikTok Shop agency whose beauty and consumer clients include Laneige, Sulwhasoo and Real Techniques. The agency also runs search ads and influencer work, which helps if TikTok is one piece of a wider beauty media plan.

Check before signing. Ask for TikTok Shop GMV results specifically, separate from their paid media results.

Harvest Group

Best for food, beverage and CPG brands that also sell through retail. Harvest Group is a retail sales agency with three US offices and a TikTok Shop certification, working with Magic Spoon, Bush's Beans and Bragg on ads, affiliate programs and ecommerce integration. Its operations work includes inventory tracking and shipment management for Fulfilled by TikTok.

Check before signing. Retail-first agencies can be slower on creator content. Ask how many affiliate videos they get live per month for a comparable client.

TBAR Partners

Best for DTC brands that want high creator volume and organic content. The Indiana firm launched in June 2025 and runs TikTok Shop for Ridge, Grüns, Vita Coco, HexClad and David Protein. It uses AI for mass affiliate outreach up to the point a sample ships, then hands relationships to people.

Check before signing. The agency is young, and its public numbers vary. A July 2026 interview put its portfolio at more than $5 million in monthly GMV, while a directory listing from a month later cites more than $15 million across 30+ brands. Either figure may be accurate for different dates. Ask which is current and how they count it.

Avenue Z

Best for Shopify brands that want TikTok sales plus press coverage. Avenue Z combines commerce work with PR and media relations, and counts Yogibo and Klora as TikTok Shop clients. Its setup work covers Shopify catalog integration and inventory syncing, alongside affiliates, Shop Ads, and LIVE.

Check before signing. Ask what share of their team works on TikTok Shop only.

Uptickk

Best for DTC brands that want a full-service team with a long TikTok Shop history. Uptickk was one of four agencies TikTok invited into the early TikTok Shop beta and is an official TikTok Partner Agency. Named clients include Nello, Wyze, Bloom, and Ora Organic.

Check before signing. The agency says it manages two of the top 10 shops on the platform. Ask which shops, and ask for a reference call with one of them.

MediaLabs

Best for fast-growing consumer brands that want one team to run everything. It reports more than $500M in managed GMV across 150+ brands and a roster of 3,000+ vetted creators.

Check before signing. Those figures are self-reported, and the agency publishes its own ranking with itself in first place. Its pricing sits at the higher end. Its stated retainer range is $8K to $50K+ per month, with creator pay, ad spend, and samples passed through at cost.

MomentIQ

Best for brands that want a creator-led partner with an outside award on record. TikTok named MomentIQ the North America winner in the Innovation in Agency category at its first Partner Innovation Awards in May 2026.

Check before signing. That award covers TikTok's wider marketing partner program. Ask for TikTok Shop GMV case studies in your category.

LIVE specialists

If you plan to sell mainly through LIVE, a generalist is the wrong hire. Hosts, studio production, and real-time moderation are separate skills. TikTok's own Partner Center features The Geeky Greens, a Los Angeles LIVE agency, and Monster Agency is listed as a certified partner focused on LIVE with in-house hosts and moderation. We could not verify results for either beyond these listings. Ask both for hours streamed per month and GMV per LIVE hour.

TikTok Shop Costs

The three fee models

A flat retainer works best when you start from zero. Retainers typically run $3,000 to $10,000+ per month, with shop management at the low end and full creator, content and ads work at the high end. The early months are building work, and an agency paid a percentage of zero revenue has no reason to prioritize you.

A percentage of GMV works once your shop has steady volume. The usual cut is 10 to 20% of GMV, sometimes on top of a small base fee.

A hybrid combines both. A common range is a $2,000 to $8,000 retainer plus 3 to 8% of GMV. This is the model most established agencies prefer, and it scales in your favor as GMV grows.

The Costs Agencies Leave Off The Proposal

The retainer is usually the smallest line in your real budget. Ask for every item below in writing.

```
Cost Typical range Who sets it
TikTok referral fee 6% of most sales TikTok
Affiliate creator commission 15 to 20% of affiliate sales You and the agency
Creator bonuses About 10% of creator-driven GMV Agency
Flat fees per creator video $100 to $2,000+ Creator
Product samples Your landed cost per unit You
GMV Max ad spend Set by you You
Ad management fee 10 to 20% of ad spend, on top Agency
Setup fee $2,000 to $10,000 once Agency
Fulfilled by TikTok $2.86 to $4.28 per unit TikTok
Returns Refund admin fee plus lost sale TikTok
```

TikTok's referral fee sits at 6% for most US categories and some jewelry at 5%, and it already covers payment processing. New sellers who make a first sale within 60 days of onboarding pay 3% for 30 days. Creator commission of 15 to 20%, samples, and bonuses near 10% of creator-driven GMV all sit outside the agency fee. Per-video creator fees range from about $100 to more than $2,000 depending on creator size. Setup fees of $2,000 to $10,000 are common, and some agencies add a separate 10 to 20% fee on ad spend on top of their retainer or GMV share. FBT runs roughly $2.86 to $4.28 per unit, and on a return TikTok keeps 20% of the original referral fee, capped at $5 per SKU.

A Worked Example

Take a brand doing $50,000 a month in GMV with a $40 average order. That is 1,250 orders. The assumptions below are illustrative. Swap in your own.

Line Monthly cost
Agency retainer $6,000
TikTok referral fee at 6% $3,000
Affiliate commission, 15% on the $30,000 that creators drive $4,500
Creator bonuses and flat fees $1,500
80 samples at $15 landed cost $1,200
GMV Max ad spend $5,000
Software passed through $300
Total $21,500

The agency quote said $6,000, or 12% of GMV. The real channel cost is $21,500, or 43% of GMV. Product cost, fulfillment and returns still come out after that. A product with a 60% gross margin keeps about 17% here, and fulfillment at around $3.50 per order takes roughly another 9%. Many shops run at a loss for the first three to six months. Make sure you can fund that stretch before you sign.

How To Check A TikTok Shop Agency Claim

Almost every "best agencies" list online is written by an agency that ranks itself first. Treat all GMV figures, creator counts, and awards as claims until you check them. These six steps take about an hour per agency.

  1. Search TikTok's partner directory. Sellers can find partners in Seller Center under Apps & Services, then Agencies & Services, or at seller-us.tiktok.com/partners/us. A missing listing is not proof of fraud, but it is a question to ask.

  2. Ask for the name of their TikTok partner manager. Certified partners have named contacts at TikTok, so an agency that cannot name one may not hold the designation.

  3. Ask how access works. US sellers can only authorize a certified partner through a partner-issued authorization link, valid for up to one year, and cancelling removes that partner's access to your data. An agency asking for your login password instead of sending a link is working outside TikTok's system.

  4. Get the award's exact name and year. Awards come in many categories and regions, and some cover TikTok advertising in general rather than TikTok Shop. Look for TikTok's own announcement or a press release.

  5. Ask for a live Seller Center screen share from a current client, with that client's permission, or a reference call with a brand in your category. Screenshots in a deck are easy to crop. A reference call is hard to fake.

  6. Ask for active creators, not network size. A roster of 10,000 creators means little. Ask how many posted a video for a paying client in the last 30 days, and what share of a comparable client's GMV came from affiliates, ads and the shop tab.

Red Flags In TikTok Shop Agency Proposal

Walk away, or renegotiate, if you see any of these.

A GMV guarantee. Even agencies at the top of the market say no reputable firm guarantees GMV, because product fit, pricing, seasonality and algorithm changes sit outside their control. A forecast range is fine. A promise is a sales tactic.

A long lock-in with no exit. A three to six month minimum is normal because TikTok Shop takes time to ramp, but a 12-month term with no performance benchmarks is a warning sign.

A retainer with no deliverables. Tie the fee to outputs such as creators activated, videos live and samples shipped each month.

Stacked fees. A retainer, plus a GMV share, plus a fee on ad spend, plus software markup adds up fast. Get one total number.

Creators and content the agency keeps. Ask who owns the creator relationships and video rights if you leave. This matters for ads too. Ads built on affiliate content can pause once the creator collaboration ends, so a messy exit can switch off your best-performing ads.

A pitch built on views and followers. You are buying sales. Every report should lead with GMV, orders and profit after fees.

How To Pick Your Final Two or Three TikTok Shop Agencies

Start with the table at the top. Pick the agency that matches your category, then add one full-service option and one smaller specialist. That spread gives you real price and scope comparisons.

Send all three the same brief. Include your current monthly GMV, gross margin, average order value, monthly budget including ad spend, and the one problem you most need solved.

Then ask each the same five questions on the first call.

  1. What will my total monthly cost be, including every pass-through?

  2. Which current client in my category can I speak to?

  3. How many creators posted for a paying client last month?

  4. What happens to my creators, content and data if I leave?

  5. What GMV range do you forecast for month six, and what does it assume?

The agency that answers all five in writing, with numbers, is usually the one to hire.
